How many CEUs does Nevada require for pest control licence renewal?
It depends which licence you hold — Nevada sets a different obligation for each tier, and they are not even measured the same way. Principal (primary / location principal) owe 6 ceus per year, at least 1 in laws and regulations; Operator owe 6 ceus per year in the field of pest control; Agent owe no ceu requirement. There is no single pooled number, which is the most common reason somebody arrives at renewal short.

- Principal: Core, Laws and Regulations, and each category exam — 70% each. Operator: Core plus each category — 65% each. Agent: Core exam annually — 65%. $50 per exam initially, $35 per retake. Exams by appointment at NDA offices (Elko, Reno/Sparks, Las Vegas). Retest waits: 10 days for principals, 7 days for others. Principals need 2 years' practical experience in the category, or 6 months plus 16 college credit hours in biological science; operators and agents need no experience.
