North Carolina pest control CEU requirements

Quick answerVerified October 1, 2026

How many CEUs does North Carolina require for pest control licence renewal?

It depends which licence you hold — North Carolina sets a different obligation for each tier, and they are not even measured the same way. Commercial Certified Applicator owe 10 / 15 / 20 ccus over five years for one / two / three phases, earned in 3 unique years; Structural Pest Control Licensee owe 10 / 15 / 20 ccus over five years, earned in 4 unique years; Non-Commercial Certified Applicator owe 10 / 15 / 20 ccus over five years, earned in 4 unique years; Registered Technician owe annual card renewal, $40. There is no single pooled number, which is the most common reason somebody arrives at renewal short.
