Vermont pest control CEU requirements

Quick answerVerified October 1, 2026

How many CEUs does Vermont require for pest control licence renewal?

It depends which licence you hold — Vermont sets a different obligation for each tier, and they are not even measured the same way. Commercial and non-commercial (incl. government) applicator owe 16 recertification credits over the five-year cycle, in the appropriate category or categories, or re-take the exams; Private applicator owe 8 recertification credits per five-year cycle. There is no single pooled number, which is the most common reason somebody arrives at renewal short.
