    Vespula yellowjackets nest in cavities — wall voids, firewood. Dolichovespula (bald-faced hornets) build open-air, round nests.

    Solitary and not aggressive. Treat the eaves for their food source (spiders) and educate the customer.

    Miner and ground bees fall under pollinator protection. Leave them unless they are causing harm.
