Housecall Pro

Housecall Pro is general home service software that lists pest control among the industries it serves. It handles scheduling and dispatch, estimates, invoicing, recurring service plans and marketing, with a mobile app for techs. Its pest page did not list chemical tracking, termite reports or bait station tools when checked, so it suits small residential-focused companies that handle compliance records elsewhere.

Researched guide, not a hands-on review. We haven’t tested Housecall Pro. This is what the vendor publishes, checked October 4, 2026, plus the questions worth asking in a demo. Using it? Tell the crew how it really runs in the LTK Discord.

Pest-control features

The vendor doesn’t list pest-specific features such as chemical use records, WDO reports or bait-station tracking. Check how you’d handle those before switching.

Ask in the demo
  1. Where would we record chemical applications (EPA number, rate, target pest) to meet our state’s record-keeping rules?
  2. How would we produce termite/WDO inspection reports or commercial service logs?
  3. Which plan includes route optimization and recurring service plans, and what happens to price after the introductory discount ends?
  4. How are recurring quarterly pest plans billed, renewed and cancelled?
  5. What are the payment-processing rates?
  6. Can we export all customer and service history if we leave?

Integrations the vendor lists: QuickBooks.
